Get what you pay for From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   -Lots of room and closet space -leasing office/neighbors were friendly -newly remodeled, but is more cosmetic than functional as it just covers up the poor construction -cheap windows... noisy and very drafty -inefficient heater/airconditioner=high utility bills -shower temp/pressure changed dramatically when other tennants used water -incompetant maintenance... had dead bird stuck in vent for months. Called for maintenance to remove at least 6 times over a 2 month period and it never was removed. -safety was questionable... drunk man forced his way into my apartment, had to tackle him and call 911 -parking fills up in evenings forcing you to park on street... woke up one morning to see a car propped on cinder blocks along the curb with all it's wheels gone. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
