I lived in this complex in a one bedroom 2nd floor apartment for one year two years ago. When I moved in the kitchens and baths had just been renovated overall I was quite pleased with the interior as well as the exterior of the place UNTIL rodents took over my place. I found it quite odd for me to have rodents especially since I never cooked in my place and almost always ate all... when I called the rental office to asked what type of extermination would they provide mne they told me that they didn;t do that kind of extermination nor would they pay back any monies I would pay for self extermination (traps..) or to higher someone. This place sucks but I gusee you get what you pay for.
