I lived here almost one year. I have recieved my lease renewal. I have also given notice to move. I am not happy here! I think management has no concern for the residents! There was another management company that was here in the year 2000. A friend of mine was living here and referred me. If I new that management company was no longer here, I would have never moved in. The maintenance dept. is very good. The supervisor seems to really care about the residents needs. The leasing manager is not at all friendly nor concerned for the residents. They have this policy of mailing in rents. It is lously! I was told it used to be such a friendly rental office. It is not friendly at all! The manager seems to cut you off when you are speaking to her. She appears to have very little customer service skills. I have spoken to many resident throughout this community and most of them feel the same way. They do not like her attitude towards them. I am so happy this website is here. I plan to let the residents know so that they can leave a comment on their experience. I hope this prevents anyone and everyone from moving here!
