Wow where should I begin. Lets start with Management, All of the Ladies that work in the Rental office have attitudes,they are rude and abnoxious and could care less about the tenants well-being. When you call for something to be fixed, you might as well do it yourself b/c weeks will go past before someone comes. They always make it seem like you are bothering them when something is wrong in your apartment. I thought it is their duty and right to make sure the tenants are satisfied and happy. Now lets go to the apartments and the building. They only clean the buildings once a week so you may walk in and see paper, food, drinks and more. It took numerous calls before they fixed both of the broken lights outside of the building. The mailboxes are soooooo old and you have buildings with broken banisters. The balconies need to be repaired b/c they are loose and broken and way too low. The windows and doors are old so you end up having a high BGE bill and when the air conditioner did not work and they tell you to call the emergency line I was told I was not priority even though I had a newborn child. When someone had broken into my storage room, I called the office to notify them and was told it was not their problem or their concern. Oh and let me not forget our little friend mickey and a strange creature in the ceiling that runs from apartment to apartment. I will never recommend anyone to move into this complex at all b/c the only thing you end up being satisfied with is the size of the apartment. I believe that the corporate office needs to make some big changes within this complex and it should begin with the management staff. My overall thought, good look from outside but beware when you move inside.

you are so right. I was pregnant when my a/c broke, they told me i was not priority. They took a month to come out. I had to go to the courts and file papers to get my a/c fixed. Janet in the office is loud and rude. She stands out the front entrance and blow smoke in your face. The laundry room has been leaking for months now, i called because i almost fell in the laundry room, no has came out to fix the leak yet. Thats in building 9715 2nd floor. I advise anyone trying to move here to run as fast as they can. This complex is the worst. Other will the you the maintenance staff will steal from your apt. I could go on for days talking about them. The walls are so thin that if you sneeze your neighbors could here you. The clean up crew come and drop pinesol in the halls, just to have it smelling like they cleaned it. The locks on the mail boxes constanly comes loose. janet janet janet janet she is just too loud and unprofessional. they are very nice to you until you sign that lease and move in. after that, all they want to see is that green paper.
