I'm new to the community. My building is not bad. The major problem I have is the price of using the laundry facility. It's nearly $2 to wash and the same amount to dry. The dryer sucks when it comes to getting your clothes fully dry on one cycle. So it gets too costly to wash. And if your like me, you have to wash more than once a week. The management staff is friendly. I haven't had a bad experience as of yet. The maintenance men are friendly and they don't bother you out on the grounds. Just friendly hellos, but of course we all should keep a third eye on any men if your a female and/or a child. Of course living in apts your going to have problems with thin walls. I haven't had any serious issues other than my neighbors below me complaining but a simple walk across your floor can be heard below. People renting apts need to be aware of that if they are strict on noise levels. I haven't seen one roach yet, so I continue to keep my fingers crossed on that. Sometimes it's not the apt management that's to blame for that, but your fellow neighbor(s). I believe all apt complex exterminators suck, so plan to hire a professional close to spring. That seems to work for me. Parking is good. It gets crowded at night, but you still get a spot. The dumsters are never over flowing. Pets are allowed at a weight restriction but I cannot believe people want to charge you monthly to keep a pet and the rate is not cheap. They are building a new center and it will include a pool and fitness. That sounds great. One thing I don't like is there is no basketball courts in most of the communities in this area and most of the schools don't keep the nets up at theirs. The apt size is great including room size and closet space. The price for the apts are not bad either. Overall, I am pleased.
