Pretty Nice So Far From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived here for about a nine months now and have been satisfied to this point. The parking can be frustrating at times but overall, not too bad. The workout facility is great. The grounds are kept up very well. The interior of the buildings could be kept in a little better shape. The paint job in the apartment leaves a little to be desired. The apartments are pretty spacious, but the apartment walls are too thin and you can hear people walking on the floor above. The maintenance staff responds in a timely manner and I was especially impressed with the snow removal team during the blizzard. Overall, I have been satisfied with Owings Manor.
