Satan moved out and went to hell - it's better there! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Forget South Central....You don't have to go that far to come accross groups of scary black teens wondering the streets. (15 to 30 at a time)No just come to owings manor apertments.... Crime is a common place in these apartments....All you have to do to verify this statement is to contact the Baltimore County Police Dept. The place is constructed out of painted cardboard boxes....every step you make shakes the entire freaking building! The staff are a bunch of fools trying to con you out of your money This place is a nightmare
