I too was misled by management. Never told us it was a full pet community, so dog barking continuously to wee hours of morning. Complained over and over again. I tried to get out of lease first week there. Stove leaked gas, so BGE came out after several attempts by management to repair. Finally got a new stove. Kitchen and bathrooms are not updated, lousy. Dog poop all over grass and cement. Outside hall Carpet smells like dog poop and urine. Our inside carpet is lousy. We pay 1,024 for a dump. We too have to do laundry elsewhere. Washers always smells like urine. Teens having sex in laundry area. I hear everything that goes on with neighbors. We can't play our music because we hear the entire unit's music. College kids everywhere, no respect for others. Blasts music night and day. Call police every other week and security every week. They won't let us out unless we pay $2,000 more. $2,000 to get out of this hole in a wall. If it doesn't let up, we have to file in court. Don't move here. You will regret it. We came from a nice community to this. If only we knew. Health problems from living here.

It's clear that this person probably would not be satisfied in any apartment. I have been here for 16 years and it has changed some but not like these comments portray.
