Minor Problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I really love where these apartments are located and the grounds, especially the trees and the landscape. However,the insides have some problems. The paint on the walls chips off for no reason-actually it peels off in large chunks, my dishwasher broke, my kitchen cabinets are falling apart-literally, and two electrical outlets did not work for more than 1 year (on different walls). Also, my closet door fell off and ripped a hole in my couch, and my carpet pulls up and the cheap flooring in the kitchen is a disaster. The only really nice thing is the windows-they're new. When I moved in I was told that I'd get floor-length windows, but when I moved in I realized that because my apartment is in a basement there are small windows. I can't even grow plants because such little sun comes through. I also don't like the pool policy. If you have a friend over you must pay $2 each visit-I'd like it if each apartment were allowed to bring 1 visitor. Overall-I do like the area and can deal with the minor faults of the complex, but if I had to do it over again, I'd choose somewhere else.
