Pretty decent place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We have lived here one year in April on Caraway Road and like it. Were looking to find a three bedroom some where on the property. Yes theres bugs that come in the winter but the buildings are from the late 60's when insulation/sealing wasn't a priority. Phoebe in the leasing office is helpful and Maureen is alright. Avoid Olga till her attitude and experience improve since she seems to always contradict what Phoebe or Maureen has told you before. Candy the property manager is enthusiastic energy in the office. Maintenance responded to a bad outlet in one day and about two or three days for a list I had of little things. 'S' trap under kitchen sink was dripping on a Sunday and was fixed in less than 30 minutes.
