Place is a piece of Garbage From: meme35 Date posted: 3/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have been living in the aparatments for less than 6 months. I have had serious mold problems, raw sewage come through my toilet, layers of questionable paint come off my walls (they claim there is no lead in it, however I do not believe that this is the case). I have very small kids and this form a living is unacceptable. In the defense of the apartment complex, my issues were immediately addressed, however you can only patch together a place so many times. They really need to tear down the place and rebuild from the ground up. I will not be re-newing my lease. Unfortunately, I had to get an apartment that was cheap because my husband was laid off from work. It is only worth the money if you are prepared to put your health at risk to save a few hundred dollars.
