There are better apartments for the same money.

This place is horrible. The rent is outrageous for what you get. There are only 3 community washers & dryers for 21 apartments. The people they have that are supposed to clean the halls never actually do. Constant loud noise, whether it's the dogs barking or the kids screaming. You hear your neighbors in their apts, whether it's loud music or conversations or heavy footsteps above. People are supposed to keep their dogs on leashes and clean up after them but I have yet to see anyone actually do either. People constantly slam their doors and cabinets that don't have handles and you get to hear it and watch your walls vibrate. The windows are old and cold air comes in alot, plus you hear everything that goes on outside even if the windows are closed. Cars with loud music/bass make your apartment vibrate and drive through the community at all hours of the night. The management is incompetent. Four different times people(maintenance, etc.) where able to unlock my door and would have been able to enter if I had not been there, even though they were looking for the apartment above or below mine. The dumpsters are contastly overflowing with garbage. With the snow and ice you were lucky if you didn't break your neck...the parking lot was a sheet of ice. I only wrote this reveiw here because I saw Owings Manor's ad in the aprtment guide and was furious that they could claim quiet country setting when it is far from that. They're ad is complete false advertisement. This is the worst place that I've ever lived at and I wouldn't recommend it to even my worst enemy.
