Parking is okay as long as you're in early, but after 9 or 10 pm it's more difficult. Office staff I've found very friendly and helpful, and all my maintenance requests have been fixed very quickly. The building itself is in pretty decent condition for its age. Wall noise isn't great - I can't hear details, but I am occasionally annoyed by the neighbors fighting (or playing a keyboard!) Pet policy was good when I moved in, but apparently with a change of management has gotten more strict. The change in rent payment (requiring mailing a check to a PO box in the city) seems convenient but is actually turning out to be a hassle.
