Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Like others I was lulled into a sense of tranquility when i first moved. since that time there has been a flood of negative experiences. it seems the young black children in the complex have not learned common intelligence yet. 15-20 of them standing in the middle of the road and refusing to move is not a bright thing to do. Then The dumpster inmy area is set fire to. the management did nothing to make us feel safer. not even a memo to say the culprit was caught. Just not happy with their service. safety was not one of theirt concerns. and for the little 12 year olds to swear at security for him repremanding them was a disgrace
