I could never imagine a place, esp. for the money, where so much is so wrong. There is nothing about this place to recommend it. Don't be fooled by the facade on the outside. It looks nice--I was fooled at first too. Please, take my advice--don't be sucked in by the lovely sales pitch in the rental office. The company who owns this place--Apartment Services-- seems to care nothing about the tenants once they have your signature on the lease. Maintenance is horrible, other tenants are SO rude and inconsiderate, and the rental office appears to do nothing actively to help you if you complain. There is never a quiet or peaceful night here. Never have I seen such inefficient management. The old company that used to own this place was so much better--I wish they had never sold it. Believe me, I will be out of here as soon as I can. Oh, I forgot--the parking. HORRIBLE. If you come home past 10 p.m., forget it. People park on curbs and are practically on top of your car. There are cars that seem to be abandoned--but they are still allowed to sit here and take up space. And the so-called security--HA! --some of the "officers" would much rather socialize with tenants than do anything productive--like ticket the illegally parked cars!
