My experience at Owings Manor hasn't been extremely terrible. Maybe it's the location. I'm at Caraway, and my only complaint is neighbor-specific, not necessarily complex-specific. Yeah, there are cops at the entrance (not securing the place...more for speed traps), but overall I've found the there's a good mix of people there, and I've never had a problem with the leasing office. I'm offering this review as a heads up for someone who may think Owings Manor is the -----'s playground...I don't have any complaints here that I wouldn't have at another place. Rent is a little high for the caliber of these apts, but overall my experience hasn't been that bad.

P.S. - My car did get broken into, but that could happen anywhere.
