Owings Manor has been my home for 3 years. And it has gone dramatically downhill. There have been 3 owners in the 3 years I've lived here. The first owners kept it up beautifully. The second owners (apartment services) let it go downhill, now the third and current owner is no better than the last.
There have been several drug busts since the Apartment services had a push to "Fill the space". The new owners will not own the responsibility of the drug dealers or the fact that they are allowing drug traffic in buildings where families and children live.
Literally in my hallway alone in the past two months there have been two drug raids, dogs, police, bags of drugs removed and arrests, and the tennants are still living in the apartments.
It is not safe for families or children, or even a single person or a couple.
If I wanted to live in a ghetto I would have done it. At least in the ghetto you get more room and cheaper rent than this place.
The new owners (A luxury Living Community..so called) care about as much about safety as the old owners (Apartment Services).

I didn't know about the drugs. Which units? I have asked for a meeting for all tenants, but they won't give us a meeting. We all need to come together. I am in building 107 Brookebury
