I used to live in a luxery apt complex but rent was getting too expensive so I've been living here since aug of 2005 and i've found everyone in my building to be pretty friendly (says hello, opens the main door for you)..there are some children in the building but i hardly hear them. I even had maintence over to fix my heating system once and i was really surprised by how nice they were. if i could change anything, i wish we could have more storage space and a bigger kitchen! otherwise, its small, quiet and comfortable.

I agree I cannot fit a box of cereal in the cabnits unless its under the sink. I wind up putting it on top of the cabnit up by the ceiling.
