I come from a small town where everyone knows everyone else's business. I move to Reisterstown thinking it would be better, but ITS NOT!!! My neighbors, for one, don't even speak ENGLISH. Then, the people downstairs obviously don't know how to deal with "apartment life"
We get a letter from the leasing office at least once or twice a month stating that we are "stomping too loudly" on the floor and violating our lease agreement by "annoying our neighbors" Tell me how this happens when I am in bed by 10:30 EVERY night and hardly ever there on the weekends!!! Those idiots need to learn to deal with it and MOVE OUT if not...I have to deal with hearing other peoples toilets flush, and I don't complain every time!
To those neighbors: I hope you read this....and STOP TATTLING ON US!!!! Get over yourselves!

You can't be serious that you suggest people not move to Owings Manor because your neighbors don't speak english and YOU are making too much noise in your apartment. LOL I think it should be the other way around BEWARE OF TENNANT!!! Respect different cultures/languages and grow up man!

if you read a little more closely. i said we're in bed at 10:30, and never here on the weekends. tell me how thats being loud! they can't even stand when our tv's turned up past a certain level!!! we checked with the police, and we're good until after 11pm. you're probably the annoying neighbor downstairs!!!
