and haven't had any problems during that time. The staff have always been helpful and kind. The grounds are immacutlately kept. I guess we lucked out and were assigned an apartment next to and above very quiet people. We never heard a sound from any of our neighbors. The only downside are the laundrey rooms...or at least ours. The washers and dryers were often broken and there were only three of each for three entire apartment buildings. Parking is difficult to find sometimes but I don't mind walking. The only reason we're moving is because I need to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. Over all, I'd say our stay here has been quiet and pleasent. Except when the garbage men come at 5:30am...that's not too quiet but that's just because the dumpsters are right in front of the buildings. On the other hand, it's nice not having too far to walk with loaded trash bags! The pool, excersise room, tennis courts, and playground are great. Um...there is dog pooh often in the grass but what can you do' Oh, and our apartment was very drafty in the winter. The blinds in the living room would blow in the breeze so needless to say we had to wear socks and dress warmly even inside but we don't pay for heat so it wasn't too big of a problem.

The washers and dryers were broken frequently. They don't dry completely. I'm glad they built a sudsville up the block. OM definately needs to replace the washing equipment.

Overall sounds like an honest review and not a perry gripe about average daily apartment life.
