I worked at Owings Manor from1986-2004 on the maintenance staff. During that time , we had a great maintenance and office staff. We had that property 100% occupied twice in 7 years!!!I am friends with a few residents at OM and they too tell me the property has gone down hill.I think it's a real shame!!! I have alot of good memories of OM and I would love to work there again and help get that property back to the way I KNOW it has the potential be.When apt services acquired that property, they told me that after almost 15 yrs on that property, I'd have to prove myself!!!!Someone please e-mail me and tell me who the new management co is and I will take a day off from work and go to the rental office and ask them what the hell they're thinking! I've been here since Aug 04. When i moved in I thought it was realy nice especially to be so inexpensive. Now I hate it!! I never what any of my friends to come here to visit. There's no where to park ( where I live ) if you go to the leasing office with a problem you will have to deal with the attitude of some little Queen and if he doesn't want to "deal" with you anymore He'll get one of the real girls to take over. maintence takes 100 yrs to fix anything and then you gotta call them four more times to fix it again! they tried to raise the rent! This place isn't worth more than 680 a month if that. The laundry rooms stay dirty, they don't even lock the one we use.it's gonna be all section 8 soon. I can wait to get the hell out of here
