I moved in last year and loved it. No problems until this month - my bathroom floor had a hole in it (the tiles started coming up and it has gotten worse) and it took me a week of calling every day to actually get the leasing office to report it to maintenance and over three weeks for maintenance to come look at my floor. In the meantime, my dishwasher broke twice and flooded the kitchen. Each time, it took over 45 minutes to have maintenance come and wash up the water. A nightmare, and I'm moving out in exactly 90 days, thank god.

Outside of that is this the only problem you've had as a resident? If so, I'd think that while this is a problem in maintenance it would something a future/potential tentant would not look down on.
