I lived here while finishing up my undergrad degree and I am getting ready to move out now because I am graduating.
I thought that the apartment was great, I loved it. No problems with bugs or anything like that. The outside was well kept and the parking wasn't bad. I never had any major problems with the apartment itself. I guess the only thing was that the people above me could be loud at times, pacing and stomping. But it was bearable and I got used to it without a problem. The place has security driving around at all hours, which makes you feel more secure. The people here are always friendly and nice, but still stay out of your business. The maintenance people were great, always coming out super fast to fix things. I had an electrical problem, a sink clogging problem, and a fire alarm battery dying. These were all minor problems and they got fixed right away, as well as fixed right the first time.
HOWEVER, THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND HORRIBLE! I have had problems with them from day one. I hear different things from different people. They say they send you notices but I never got them'! They give you the run-around about everything and the thing that angered me the most is that they NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS!
So overall, it isn't a bad place to live...as long as you are willing to do deal with a horrible office staff. They were such a pain to deal with, hands down!

also, don't forget that you have to give 60 days notice when you move out!
