This place is going straight to hell. I've lived here for 5 years and in the past two the "quality" of the tenants has dropped considerably. They've obviously loosened up the rules about who they will let in because these apartments are going ghetto fast. Get used to thugs, drug dealers, and other related scum being your neighbors because that's what's going on with Owings "Manors".

The walls are paper thin. This wasn't a problem when decent people were living here, but now it's loud children, loud stereos, and loud televisions all through the night. Ghetto Fabulous! NOT!
