I almost didnt come here after reading the reviews, but I dont listen to the complainers. This place is pretty nice. The prices are good, the apt's are big and well maintained, and the we havent had any problems with the staff (except for a mixup about the billing cycle when we first moved in, but they fixed it and didnt make us pay for it). The parking is great in some area's, but a little cramped in others, but you can always find a spot. And they dont require permits, so you dont have to worry about being towed. I havent had any problems with bugs or mice, and the grounds are kept pretty neat and well maintained. And the problems they do have (like peeling pain on the doors) they're fixing as we speak.

There are a few problems with the place, most have to do with the maint. staff. They come usually the same day you file a request, but they dont really do the job correctly and the problem comes back a week later. They're was some pretty old appliances in the apt. but when i complained about the dishwasher from the 70's (literally), they came and replaced it with a new one a week later.

Over all, a good place for the money. A nice safe area to live in. Only snobs would have a problem with this place.

You obviously are some sort of freak of nature. The last thing I am is a snob, but that hell-hole you're stuck in is the worst pit I've ever seen. You just wait a while--you'll see. When the building's crappy construction causes you to have your property damaged and the office refuses to help you, you'll change your mind.

I guess everyone's opinion is all relative. There is nothing nice about this DUMP! It is a saftey and health hazzard to all who chooses to rent HERE. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
