The staff is awful. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. They act like it is a problem when you go in with a question. Maintenance does not know how to make repairs. The neighbors are horrible. They can be very loud, including what sounds like WWF with bodies being thrown around. According to the office staff, there is nothing they can do about that. The grounds are unsafe. Nails, screws, trash, hundreds of cigarette butts, empty beer bottles, and such are all over the grounds. However, since the grass is hardly ever cut some of these items are well hidden which is great for little kids to fall on.
