I lived here for one year from 2000 to 2001. It is a ghetto. I remember unattended children playing in the dumpsters, jumping up and down on old, dirty mattresses. The appliances were old, the entry halls smelled of old food and urine, neighbors were trashy and loud. Very unsafe community, especially with the halfway house for drug offenders on the corner. I laugh every time I ride by now because they have changed the name to "The Preserve at Owings Crossing" What a nice name, too bad the place is such a dump. I am glad that I don't live there anymore. If you haven't moved in yet, don't. If you live there and you have a choice, get out as fast as you possibly can.
