I've been here for a couple of years and the residents have changed a lot. The people here are much rougher, more "ghetto". They leave trash everywhere, they block your car in on the parking lot, they're noisy, they don't clean up after their pets, they let their foul-mouthed kids run around unsupervised, when they have a family argument, they make sure the entire building hears them screaming.

There is not enough parking, and maintenance is VERY slow to respond. When they finally do show up, they do a half-ass job of repair. There is not nearly enough parking, and the leasing office does not care one bit if residents are loud, disruptive, and messy

the laundry facilities are inadequate, expensive and filthy.

I'm moving when my lease is up.

If it's white and snooty to be considerate of your neighbors, then YES I AM. Feels fine to me.

See, I have a problem with the whole "ghetto" classification. They can have a problem with you being so "white" or "snooty" about things. Doesn't feel right when it comes back at you, does it? That's how some people live because they do not know better. We have to show them better, by being an example. Maybe get to know them and you might make a new friend. Someone that will be more willing to listen to your suggestions. There are kids in my area, but they are not foul-mouthed and SOME are supervised. The skateboard crew's parents really need to keep an eye on them. Family arguments - call the police, who will warn them about disturbing the peace. Not enough parking, get there earlier, otherwise, you will have a small journey in front of you....LOL Leasing offices typically don't care if neighbors are loud and disruptive because it's your problem. They don't have to deal with them on a daily basis. Now, if you create a paper trail that can be verified and tracked, then when lease renewal time comes around, that neighbor may be encouraged to move elsewhere.
