i moved into this apartment complex in august and it has been great. maintenence is always on time, friendly, and they even call to make sure that what was fixed was done properly. i believe that there are a lot of kids in the area, but ive never seen them doing anything other than congregating after school. the grounds are clean and maintainenced regularly. there are actually people who come every day and pick up trash and wipe down the windows in the front of each building. i love my apartment, the bathroom is not to my liking but i guess you can't get everything u like. i cant speak for everywhere but where i am is very quiet and there is plenty of parking. i am really not sure about the things i have read about the complex because i've experianced none of it. it is a great place to live for the amount of money paid.

I have been here 2 years, so give the place a while. The parking is horrible if you get home anytime after 5:00. I can't even park in my parking lot; I have to park on the one across the road! i do agree that the landscapers and the landscaping is absolutely wonderful and the grass is always mowed, but it's the management that makes the place not worth living in. When you request something from maintenance, it takes 1-2 weeks for them to come evaluate it, and another few days for them to fix. These things are important; broken windows, leaky sink etc. There is graffiti now on the dumpsters, and they have gone crazy with the towing situation. My boyfriends front tires were on the grass, now we have to pay $220 to get his car out! Our neighbors are great, but the walls are so thin that we can hear every conversation they carry on below us. We are very responsible people and have caused no problems at all with this place, but when we do call in with a complaint, they don't seem to care. This is not just mindless wandering, I want someone to take notice and put in an effort to correct the problems that this place has. We weren't looking for a sanctuary when we moved here, but it could be a lot better than it is.
