OW MANOR SUCKS

Lived there for a year...the apartments suck, the rental office sucks...the staff trys to be professional, but is so ghetto its sad...the maintenance men stalk you...murders & rapes have happened there (real life), they have a police office that patroles @ night...and a bunch of bad ass kids are always out making all kinds of noise all the time....thin walls so you hear your neighbors.
