I could not wait until my lease was over. Only lasted a year, which seemed forever. The employees at the Leasing Office are the most incompetent, rude, disqualified, and uneducated people you will interact with. I paid more than a month of deposit when I moved in and they kept more than $700 of that amount, even after I was told by the person who did the walk-through that I practically left the apartment in practically better condition than what it was when I moved in. I had to call persistently every single day after the month and a half I moved out to receive my deposit back and even the managers told me they would get back to me and didn't. I received a very small part of my deposit approximately 3 months later. Everyone in my building was moving out as soon as the lease was over. People hang out in the hallways and don't move when you try to walk by, doors and walls were being vandalized as soon as they were fixed. Doors broken, horrible smells, walls written, stained, and trashed. Dog crap EVERYWHERE... I lost count of all the times the police was there when I got in. I called twice for maintenance...once they never arrived, the other I literally yelled at them after the third time because I needed the problem had gotten out of hand and I really needed them to fix it. There was a huge hole on the wall at the laundry room where anyone could have hidden. It really is the worst place you could move into and you will have a very hard time trying to get your deposit back. Think 10 times before moving in here. It's disgusting and repulsive.
