Do not move here! Bad idea! My husband and I have lived in these apartments for 2 years to save money and let's just say it wasn't worth it. Neither one of use get a parking spot anywhere near our apartment. The police are often called to our neighborhood and the children are never supervised. The neighbors are rude and cause damage to our cars (my husband's car was hit during the night and the rear bumper was smashed).

As for management, they are incompetent. First they send a letter saying you have over paid, then the next month you have under paid. Their books are not properly balanced and the property manager has no control over her staff and is more like a misfit then a property manager. No help at all.

There was a vacant apartment next to us and a pipe burst and caused our carpet to deal with the overflow of water and then the closet wall became moldy. HUGE HEALTH ISSUE! It took maintenance 2 months...yes months to get to use. Every time we called the leasing office, the leasing agents would "take our information" and no one from maintenance would ever call or show up. We finally threatened to make this a legal issue as well as them needing to move us to another location - they finally got off their butts and did something. It took maintenance 2 days to show up, ripped up the carpet then didn't return for 11 days to replace the carpet and work on the wall.

As a side note - none of the fitness equipment works and the pool is in need of some maintenance.

The walls in these units are infiltrated with mold. They are so loose and paper thin that you can't even hang pictures up because the dry wall is soggy. You are definitely risking your life staying here. It is not worth it just to save a few dollars.
