We are moving and thought it would be respectful to warn others not to move here. It is poorly maintained. They gave our neighbors CO2 poisoning. This place is also a fire trap waiting to happen. Appliances are bottom-of-the-line. Blinds are totally see-through. We never wore shoes inside, yet the carpets look horrible. Mold issues. Drywall cracking. Nasty linoleum. The types of renters are way scarier than when we moved in. Garbage man comes at 5am. several times a week. Can hear everything your neighbors are doing. No longer a safe neighborhood--don't be fooled by the leasing agents.
