Our neighbor s family was very sickened by CO2 poisoning and it was a struggle to get management to fix this deadly problem. Yes, we know, all rental properties are poorly run. But, Bozzuto is the worst I have experienced. All renters current and future should be aware that Bozzuto also is a homebuilder and has seen huge losses. Thus, their priority is to charge renters as much as possible and do as little maintenance as possible. This is important to realize as Bozzuto is continuing to see losses. Other rental properties in the area are not owned by companies who are losing money in the housing market, and therefore might be more responsive to rental issues. Our rent on a three-bedroom was less than $1400. What they are currently charging for poorly built units is absurd. Save money and buy a real townhome. If you do research, you will find that Bozzuto has a well established reputation of corruption. We moved out over a year ago, and it sounds like the property/community is degrading just as we predicted. So glad not to live there.

If you moved out over a year ago and your still writing reviews. CONSIDER GETTING A LIFE! GO TO WORK! DO SOMETHING CONTRUCTIVE! It sounds to me you need to do your research on the housing market. ARE YOU THAT UNHAPPY WITH YOUR LIFE!

Yes I have a life....thank you for your concern. These recent reviews were forwarded by a friend who rented for a few months at your complex and had many of the issues addressed by several reviewers. I felt obliged to warn perspective renters "all may not be as it seems." Believe it or not, there are a few people in this world who are considerate and don't mind taking a few minutes to pass along lessons learned from past mistakes. As for the job you suggest I get, well it very comfortably pays the mortgage on a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house. We only lived at the complex while house-hunting. Perhaps it is you who needs to research the market. There are much better deals than renting. Bozzuto as a homebuilder overbuilt and is seeing big losses. This is not a company that is in a financial position to adequately maintain its rental properties. I am very sorry for you if you can not afford to move out of the Townes at Harvest View and therefore take these reviews so personally. Sounds like you might have anger problems and should seek treatment. Best of luck....

Both of you are idiots. Bozzuto only manages the community. They don't own it.
