I have lived at Chartleytown for five years.I have found the maintenance staff to be friendly , good humored , helpful , and hard working . I think they did a great job during our blizzard and again for this years first snow . My niebors are the so friendly and helpful to each other , their almost like family . The office staff are also pleasant. It is true that the community is older and does need upgrading but those are the kind of issues that the property staff cant resolve with out managements cooperation . I would'nt trade some fancy smancy place for the people here .
