I will only speak for the chartley townhomes. First off, if you want privacy, forget it. The walls are so thin you can hear someone cough or drop something. If your not blessed with quiet neighbors you'll never get any sleep. The windows..just terrible. You will spend more money in the winter just keeping the cold air out you would think they would do something about the cold air coming in. Not only do you get cold air but there is no central air, so dont forget to buy you air conditioners in the summer! Parking is terrible. The children are always left unattended so dont ever be in a rush. And rent goes up almost $50 a year. Its not somewhere I would recommend. They are very old with cracking walls. No cable outlets. The staff is okay, although I have never really needed them for anything to rate them.
