Place has gone way down hill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   This was a fairly nice area until around 2002.The rents are so high and the place is so outdated.Maintenance is the pits.Your gas and electric bill will be sky high.I had bed bugs and had to throw away my furniture.The bugs were there before I moved in.Mold is a huge problem if you live in a first floor apartment.Stay in Owings Mills instead,more value for the money.
