The townhome unit Im in is rather small and I wasn't able to see my actual model before signing but have been happy here regardless.

Had a few problems getting maintenance out to fix a broken Washer during a heat wave when A/C units had to be fixed first but eventually got a new washer and their apology. All other calls to the office were handled within a reasonable amount of time. The staff can get very crabby around rent time but nothing serious that I've ever experienced.

The neighborhood itself is very quiet, clean and friendly. I feel safe here though there are some seedier elements in the lower priced townhomes and apts below the shopping plaza. Have gone for night jogs and never felt unsafe. Always see police cruising around the neighborhood. Well lit and never had parking problems, drugs, noise, fights or crimes.

Will be moving out but not due to any problem with my little place. Just need more room and becoming a home owner.
