SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   The management is abismal to say the least. Every month there is always some issue with your rent check that comes out of the blue with an embarrasing eviction notice. No calls, or forewarnings. They are also very rude and very unprofessional. Locked out of apartment once and they were "too busy" to help get back in!! As for the apartment itself it is not even close to the money they charge you a month for it. Walls are paper thin as is the floor! We live on the 3rd floor and if you even breath the floor creaks. You can hear neighbors through all the walls and even up through the floor. The doors all slam shut by themselves and it rattles the entire building when someone lets their door slam (which is often). The neighborhood is okay. It is fairly quiet but there is your occasional "shady character" hanging around at night. Parking is an extreme joke. There are no lines painted in the lot so it is a virtual free for all for parking. There are many a night when someone is taking up 2 or 3 spots because of the lack of lines. Or common courtesy, some mornings I have to get in my car through the passenger side because of people parking too close. I also have multiple dents, scrapes, and large scratches on my vehicle that I KNOW I did not do. So parking is an at-risk event here. Also, good luck when it snows the plows don't come through till the next day after its stopped. And they never shovel or salt the sidewalks. Maintenance is incompetent, rude, and slow. When they do come they are very impersonable and seem like YOU are wasting THEIR time. A lot of the items in the apartment don't work (i.e.- pantry door, closet doors, windows. And they are seemed "normal or not that pressing". So, in closing, save your money your time and your sanity and find another community to live in. This place will take your money, and pride and laugh all the way to the bank.
