I have been here 5 years and this year they decided to start charging for community lighting, water and trash pick up!!! I don't thinki its fair that I work all day to pay my bills and rent and then on top of that they want us to split building bills. Those black chicks they have in the rental office and TERRIBLE and wouldn't know how to provide customer service if someone hit them in the head with a manual. I am 5 months away from my lease and they now start to charge me for added fees which total out to be an additional $160 or more onto my rent for some bs!!! I am pissed and so not plan to continue to stay here oh and do not get me started on the maintanance!!!

Why would you think that customer service lacks just becuse the women in the office are black? There are plenty of other races out there that lack customer service, I've experienced them. If you're going to point out the fact that Chartley Towne's leasing reps need customer service training, that's fine, but it has nothing to do wiht their race.
