Good price, if you do not mind the degenerates from the neighborhood coming into your building, having sex (at least they use condoms, which litter the parking lot and grounds), urinating, and drug use in the hallways, and laundry facilities. Management will do nothing. There is mold (which they paint over), and poor overall groundskeeping (i.e. gutters falling, trash abnd debris (not to mention the dog waste from lazy people not picking up after their dog). No security, people (whom do not even reside here) lurking in the parking lot, laundry, etc... This place used to be a great community, until the property management changed, i guess.
Not a good place for kids, but it is excellent for those who do not pay rent on time (every month there are court papers for the non/deliquent tenants.

My opinion, and thats it. Look elsewhere before coming here.
