I made the mistake of renewing my lease for a 2nd year late 2008. I have reported issues which have been ignored. I have requested copies of my rental agreement once in person and twice in writing to no avail. The parking is first come basis so based on teh building you live in you may not be able to park anywhere close. They will tow your car based on their rules which do not abide by county code. The buildings themselves are outdated and kept in ill-repair.
