Well... The truth shall set you free. - Been living here for 3 years. When I moved in, the prep work was half assed. One window was missing its screen. The others have tears in the screen. Dumb management/Excessive drug use This place is surrounded by drug users and school kids who hang out in front of your house all hours of the night. My vehicle was broken into, probally used my belongings to purchase their crack. Security sucks. Management has terrible record keeping skills

Management is Awful I made the mistake of renewing my lease for a 2nd year late 2008. I have reported issues which have been ignored. I have requested copies of my rental agreement once in person and twice in writing to no avail. The parking is first come basis so based on teh building you live in

Great Manager and service though the apartments are surrounded by single family homes, Management is constantly on top of those who do not belong in the hallways or parking in the parking lot. Grounds are immaculent. Great Value for the money!
