ghetto kids playing in the streets, damaging cars, playing bicycles, and no matter if they are in the middle of the street.

Dumb management/Excessive drug use This place is surrounded by drug users and school kids who hang out in front of your house all hours of the night. My vehicle was broken into, probally used my belongings to purchase their crack. Security sucks. Management has terrible record keeping skills

Management is Awful I made the mistake of renewing my lease for a 2nd year late 2008. I have reported issues which have been ignored. I have requested copies of my rental agreement once in person and twice in writing to no avail. The parking is first come basis so based on teh building you live in
