Village of Chartleytowne 25% Recommended May 08 2008: Good price, if you do not mind the degenerates from the neighborhood coming into your building, having sex (at least they use condoms, which litter the parking lot and grounds), urinating, and drug use in the hallways, and laundry Owings Manor 34% Recommended Apr 29 2008: I live in the newly renovated apartments and It is INFESTED with mice & Roaches!! The deveopment manager and property manager refuse to do anything. They are unprofessional and the maintenance people are lazy. To top it off, we started to Butler Ridge Apartments 40% Recommended Apr 27 2008: Before moving in the carpets were filthy, they so called "cleaned" it and it looked the same. The carpet even smelled. The kitchen is the worse, its so out dated. Electric stoves, a really REALLY old looking dishwasher that doesn't Village of Chartleytowne 25% Recommended Apr 25 2008: I have been here 5 years and this year they decided to start charging for community lighting, water and trash pick up!!! I don't thinki its fair that I work all day to pay my bills and rent and then Owings Manor 34% Recommended Feb 14 2008: I have lived here for 10 1/2 months.
