I have lived in Auburn Manor Apts. for 5 years. The only place after here is to move in a house. The apartments are specious w/tons of closet space. The halls are clean w/secure entrances. My son stays at the pool in the summertime. And the management is very friendly and they do go the extra mile to make sure their residents are safe and comfortable.

Sorry but don't be fooled by this post. This was obviously written by management staff, not a tenant. Staff are in and out of your apartment all the time without warning and you can be sure they are helping themselves to your facilities, food or otherwise. Nothing will ever get fixed, promises to do things are entirely worthless and full of air. This apartment complex is the absolute worst I have ever seen. My daughter was mugged almost in front of her door. What's worse, she was with her grandfather at the time and the muggers were teens that were constantly hanging around in the complex. Any place where the crime is so rampant that two people can be mugged on your front stoop is horrible. You don't need to dial 911 for any problems, just open your window and talk to the policeman cause they are probably already there busting one of the neighbors for selling crack out of their car. You like loud music? This is the place for you! It is Club whatever you want to hear. Don't like Latin music? Walk 30 feet or so, I'm sure the rap channel will be on in the next building. Jamaican music? no problem. It's all there, at all hours of the day and night. Visitor parking is so very very far away and the lot is so dark, it's safer not to even have visitors. Who needs the stress of wondering if after they walk out your door to their car, if they will even make it there. And yeah to the person who posted, the tow truck company is shady and they do scam deals under the table. Don't select this complex for any reason. Try Heritage Square further up Riverdale Road. Or Fountain Park or anywhere. Just not here.
