Some of the neighbors are the worst. Some of them are dirty. Some of them are old, grumpy, and complains all day about every thing. But not when they are making noise over your head. The office and maintenance staff are the worst that i have every seen. If you have anothr choice pick that first. They don't tell you that you have to be certified until after you move in. They harass you about the littlest papaer work, and is always ready to give you a (30) days notice. There are never cosistant with nothing. They keep sloppy paper work and never can find anything. They take for every to fix things. OHHHHH and the parking is the worst. The tow company that they have will tow your car with out noticed and for no reason atl all. They (TOW COMPANY) will ask you to pay them under the table before they will let your car daon and somtimes you car will not be put up on the truck yet. The tow company will block you in just to get a quick dollar.

You are so right, the staff is so ghetto, especially that Princess chick. What a ghetto name! Half of the "secured" entrances stay broken. I don't even know why they bother to advertise that, it's not true.

Well maybe if you would co operate with the people in the office you would not have that problem. I work in Leasing and when a letter is sent to a resident it's just a part of the job. Do you really think the office staff cares if you have a place to live No! After reading this email I took a trip to Auburn Manor and I found that the staff was very professional. The Leasing person did inform me that this was a Tax Credit property and other info would be required. If you listened then you would have understood what you were signing up for

I guess you may have caught the staff on a good day since they had a professional attitude with you. First impressions make all of the difference, so they do what they have to do get you interested. When I first inquired and moved into the complex, they were nice and professional to me as well. However, once you move into the complex, their true colors come out and you see how ghetto, unprofessional, and heartless they really are.
People constantly receive 30-day notices because the staff at Auburn Manor do not keep updated records. No, they don't care if one has a place to live, but they should care about performing their job accurately and preventing so many unpleasant tenants and unnecessary inaccuracies.
