I have been living in this apartment complex for a few months now and I have a few things to report. The female staff are not very organized people and do not present a friendly disposition. The tenants - some of them are so loud; especially early in the morning. There are a lot of Africans that cook food that stinks up the complex, there are few ------, there are --------- (--------), and a very small number of Asians and Whites. Many of the females don't work so they just stay home and make and have a lot of babies. The children run around in the building screaming a hollering. It is not difficult to have control of your children - I know. People throw parties and it sounds like you are at the party yourself. Maintenance men just come in to your apartment without giving you a chance to open Your door. The electricity bills are so high; the tow truck guys lurk in the night to find a car without a parking permit with flashlights and everything. The apartment itself is nice a spacious but there should be an extra layer of wall so that we don't hear our neighbors alarm clock or hear people having sex. The entrances would be secure if people would stop putting things in the door to keep it open. I have only seen spiders in the apartment. The visitor's parking lot is all of the way in the back of the complex with a little lighting in the evening. I don't know how safe it is to park there. Our visitors have not been a victim of vandalization. There has not been much going on in the complex but I think a lot goes on in the surrounding areas. I see a lot of police with their sirens on frequently on Riverdale Road. If you can recommend another place for me to live, leave a response and I will check it out. It does not have to be in Riverdale.

Try Fountain Club Apts in New Carrollton, it very quiet, check out their reviews too, most of the responses are good.
