I have been in this complex for a couple of years too long now and it is definitely time for me to go. When I look back, I can't believe how I managed to live under these conditions with my family. I have seen a couple of families come and go and have learned the type of people that are mainly being allowed to rent here. The individuals are usually of a lower class, and don't know how to function in the real world. Atleast one person in the family (many times multiple families in one unit) has a criminal record - you can hear them boast about it with there friends when they are smoking marijuana and then they are always home because they can't/won't get a job. The families tend to be younger, <30 years old, with no respect and play loud music and television daily - it's on when you wake up in the morning and go to bed late at night. Sometimes I wonder how bills get paid when everyone is always woke and seems as if everyone is always home - atleast it sounds like it (who works'). The parking is horrible if you are not home before 9:30pm. Visitor's parking is a joke. The apartment itself is alright with the exception of paper thin walls and floors and frequent inspections- you can hear when someone's cellular phone vibrates and their pillow talk when watching your own television. I think the complex could be so much better if the renters followed the rules in the lease and if management actually ENFORCED them. A letter every few months is not enough for rude, inconsiderate people that don't believe their ---- stinks. They need to be FINED and EVICTED! If anyone else chooses to rent here after reading ALL of these reviews, we will say a prayer for you and your family. I even hear other people in the complex talk about their issues and how they want to get out so badly but can't because it is so expensive to move. Someone got robbed recently at the gas station accross the street and the police frequently come through the complex with helicopters looking for people. Me and my family are out and may party like the neighboors for our last days here - PEACE!!!
