Do not move around Auburn Manor if you can move anywhere else, please beware. I finally move & am so happy to be out of there. The management is very nasty, especially the property manager, very nasty & unprofessional. Roaches, yes Auburn Manor is roach infested, roaches were so bad they were in the refrigerator. I called the office & they didn't do anything. Mices...I'm not sure where you live on the property....yes, they have mices, rats. When you call they act so nonchalant & send some man to throw something in the closets, they were so bad I heard them running around in the vents a couple of months, before I left. I was scared, hoping one would not jump out of the vent on me. You live there for so many years, when you request new carpet & paint, they supposely put you on a waiting list. Yeah...you're be waiting (FOREVER) or until you move. I swear that list in non-existence, they careless about keeping their residents after they move u in, you pay your rent on time & what do you get.....NOTHING!! I actually became depressed from living there, apartment walls needed paint, carpet worn & need to be replaced. The properties manager whole family live there. So beware, her cousin, brother or sister, may be your next door neighbor. The property manager & staff is always losing paperwork all the time, but you get the 30 day notice for their errors. She is famous for sending 30 day notice. I've never dealt w/a property manager like her in my life. Your guess will have to park way in the back by the pool to visit you, if not their car will be towed. The towing company is press for money. The hallways are awful, they tacked down the rubber mats instead of replacing them. One of the maintenance man make up excuses not to do his work or half do the work. The short one, my daughter nickname him.....Mr. Bojangles. The closet doors all ways stay off the track. I swear those closets doors were there since the bldg. was built. Don't let Mr. Bojangles come to put a closet door back up, your closet can be just as organized & he will swear your closet needs to be clear, before he can put the closet door back up. Call back the next day, don't move anything in your closet, anyother maintenance man is going to put your closet door back on the track. Rent increases are ridiculous. How can you increase one person rent $35.00, but increase my rent $100.00. I'm serious. The security doors, what security the doors are always broken. The key in phone....never works. You might get lock in your bldg. yes!!
