Property manager is the only administrative person on the premises. It is hard to reach her in the office, and even harder to get her to return your calls.

Hardware/appliances in apartments not up to par. ie phone jacks, dishwasher, stove and things all needed to be replaced after less then 6 months into lease.
Door's have over a 1/2 inch of clearence from the door to the ground easy for air, smell and rodents to enter the apartment.

Roaches and bugs still return after sporadic fumigations.

Hallways and common areas never get cleaned. The walls in the halls are filthy.

Repairman is not professional and not very experienced.

Washer and dryer's are older and take a while to dry.

Walls and floors are very thin in apartments you can clearly hear things that are going on in your neighbor's apartment.

Playground is outdated and a safety hazard for children.

I TOTALLY AGREE , THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO MOVE BUT I RESIDED AT EASTPINE APTS FOR 1 YEAR I WAS ABLE TO MOVE IN MAY OF 2005 HOWEVER PRIOR TO MAY I LIVED IN BLDG 6717 AND THERE WAS A TERRIBLE ROACH PROBLEM I WAS 3WEEKS INTO MY LEASE WHEN I FIRST NOTICE THE ROACH PROBLEM AND FROM THEN ON THE PROBLEM REMAINED , I THINK THEY JUST NEED TO TEAR EAST PINE APTS DOWN AND REBUILD CAUSE IF NOT THE ROACH PROBLEM IS GONNA REMAIN, AND THEY HAVE SUCH NERVE TO RAISE THEIR RENT FOR 2 BEDRM TO $901 MTH , WHAT ARE PEOPLE PAYING RENT FOR ??? ALL THE ROACHES .. EASTPINE APTS IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING THEY DON'T HAVE UP TO DATE NOTHING IN THE APARTMENTS.. THEY ARE REALLY TRIPPIN!! GET RID OF THE ROACHES EASTPINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
