These apartments are poorly managed. There is only one maintenance guy and one young lady to clean and do repairs on the property, they are clearly underpaid and overworked and they look like they are being exploited. I would like the building inspector to come unannounced and check these apartments out. This is the sixth time the laundry room has flooded into my apartment. I live on the ground floor, so it is a constant reocurrance, and each time I am left with faeces and urine sitting in my carpet and flooring for days. The manager Gary Evans refuses to spend a dime to repair this property any more than needed. The laundry room has been without a bulb for over a month, after numerous complaints. The railings has been torn down for the past year. Everything in the apartment is old and run down. They have changed too many property managers within a short time period and none of them never knows the situation with the apartment and how to resolve it. They are not concerned with the well being of you or your family.
